Our gym is fully equipped, modern, great value for money and open to everyone!
Just like the rest of the centre, membership is not essential, and payment options are flexible, with many being non-contractual. Whatever your age (unfortunately you do have to be at least 16) or fitness level, you'll feel at home the relaxed atmosphere, and our friendly and knowledgeable staff will give you plenty of encouragement and advice along the way.
If needed, you can undertake a short, but comprehensive induction, where one of our staff members will guide you around our wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment.

He offers fun and friendly fitness sessions for all abilities, so that you can feel great, lose weight, and tone-up. You can contact Paul by calling him on 07568 592995 or by emailing him.
